MANHATTAN — Adobe couldn’t shake all the patent infringement claims filed against the creative technologies software giant by a photographer who says that Adobe’s “Cinemagraph” animation tech infringes on his patents related to “Cinegifs.” He’s plausibly stated a claim for willful infringement of one of his patents, which relates to embedding animated images in emails, texts and web pages, because he plausibly showed that Adobe knew about his patent before rolling out its Cinemagraph tech.
