BALTIMORE — A group of 26 current and former employees of the U.S. Agency for International Development is the latest to challenge billionaire Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency, accusing Musk of exceeding his authority since he hasn't been nominated or confirmed to his position. The employees say Musk has "unlawfully disrupted contracts of the United States — some of which are signed by individual plaintiffs — undermined national security, and put American lives at risk abroad."
