SEATTLE — Amazon and Audible can’t dodge a putative class action brought by a Prime member who says that, unbeknownst to her, she was auto-enrolled in a free-trial – which converted into a paid membership – with Audible after she redeemed digital credits given to her by Amazon. The consumer sufficiently alleges that Amazon had a duty to disclose the consequences of customers redeeming their "digital rewards,” a Washington federal judge ruled.
