BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The former employee of a catering company may not sue the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity or its Omicron chapter for sexual harassment and the hostile work environment she experienced while preparing food at the frat house, ruled a federal court in Alabama. Pi Kappa Phi was not her employer under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act because it did not have sufficient control over her employment.
