Reversing course

BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts, at oral argument in September, tentatively certified a class of students worldwide who say Saba University School of Medicine published misleading statements about how many of its students pass the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam. As the school turned to the First Circuit for interlocutory review, the lower court decided tis decision was wrong, and because the First Circuit has not yet accepted jurisdiction over the appeal, the court now decertifies the class it had defined.
